How to Use

We hope you will find the Mobile Dealing application easy to use. Many of the operating features are the same as you will find in our online platform.

Logging in

When you select the Mobile Dealing option on your device, you will be presented with a login screen. To log in, just enter your usual username (or account number) and password; the same details that you would use to log into this site.

Main Menu

The application is divided into the same sections as our online platforms, including: Watchlists, Open Positions, Orders to Open, Finder, Finance/Sports and Log off.

My Prices

This is the same list of your favourite Live Prices you have set up on the online dealing platform. You can use the wheel to scroll through the list of prices, and double-click on a price to place a trade on that market.

Open Positions

This is a list of the positions that you currently have open with us. Double-click on an open position to bring up a Deal Ticket to close or amend the position.

Orders to Open

This is a list of your current Orders to Open. By double-clicking on an entry you can delete or amend an order.

Finder

You can use this area to navigate around our thousands of prices. Select a Market, then a Group and finally a Category to bring up the market you want. You can add any item to My Watchlist using the Dealer menu at the top of the screen, or place a trade by double-clicking on any open market.

Deal Ticket

The Deal Ticket looks very similar to the Dealing window in the online interface, and works in the same way. Once a price is updating in this screen, click the Enter Size box to enter the size of your trade (per point), and click either the Buy or Sell arrow to place your trade.

Please note that you should only hit Buy or Sell if you want to place the trade at the price you see, you will not have a chance to cancel. When you press Buy or Sell you are instructing us that you wish to deal at that price, and we will try to process your request accordingly.

Once you've hit Buy or Sell, please wait for the confirmation (or rejection) message to appear.

Sports/Finance

To switch between our sports and finance markets, look under Settings in the applications and select your preference accordingly.

Logging off

When you've finished with the service, select Exit from the Dealer menu. Always log off to ensure that you are not receiving data that you don't want.
